You will have the opportunity to have a virtual meeting with Founder Queen Gray, Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach. During this meeting we will discuss your health and wellness goals and options for you to move forward and achieve those goals. This is the initial meeting. Once we discuss your goals and brainstorm a plan you will have the opportunity to purchase more sessions in which I will offer additional one on one support.
